Information on the processing of personal data

We are the company ACCENT SPV a.s.

For the provision of our services and operation of our websites, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data and also by the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

 

I. Processing of personal data

 

A) Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you request our services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are your name, surname, and email address.

For what reason?

We contact you through them for further arrangement regarding the services.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 30 days from our last communication.

 

B) Processing of personal data in the case of purchase

If you use our services, we will work with the data you provide us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, identification number, bank account number.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to provide you with our services.

We will also process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly to offer you further follow-up services).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and then for 30 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain only with us.

We process personal data only within the European Union.

III. What else you should know

In our company, we do not have a designated data protection officer.

In our company, there is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information on what personal data we process, request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or request a limitation of processing, you can request a copy of processed personal data, request us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office, or possibly go to court with your claims.
